How frequently will the system be inspected?
If our remote monitoring detects an issue that requires on-site investigation or remedying, we'll send an engineer to take care of it at no extra cost.
In addition, we offer on-site inspections every 2-3 years, to ensure the system's working as expected and identify potential risks that may impact performance. You can decline on-site inspections if you're happy that the system is functioning well.
